Customers tell us they love our "brown paper packages tied up with string" - who doesn't enjoy getting a well wrapped parcel in the post!

But you may not know that a little thought went into how we get our lovely clothes to you.

– We carefully wrap your purchases in FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) tissue paper and then brown kraft paper.

– Your parcel is tied with string also made from wood pulp, no excesses of sticky tape.

– We use a mail bag made from a biodegradable, fully compostable material.So you can re-use, recycle or compost everything.

Although some couriers are cheaper, we prefer to use Royal Mail. Their long established network serves all parts of the British Isles. The Signed For service is reliable and guarantees that you can track the parcel to your door.
