Delivery

Items will normally be despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment, usually the next day.

UK postage for purchases up to £99.99 will be £4.95 or £3.95 and FREE for purchases of £100 or more.

UK postage will be by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (usually next working day delivery, £4.95) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2-3 working days, £3.95) and FREE postage will be by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are no longer able to ship outside of the UK.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority so we handle each query on an individual basis. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or refund. Note that you will need to use a tracked or signed for postal service for the return.

We must stress that in order to receive an exchange or refund, the item/s must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in the original packaging and with no trace of make up or scent.

Please follow the steps below:
a. Contact us on the number below or the email address below within 48 hours of receiving your order before sending items back.
b. Please provide your name, order number and details of the item/s you wish to return.
c. Items must be returned within the following 48 hours using a tracked or signed for service.

Please note: We are very sorry but unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund certain products e.g. pierced earrings, swimwear, underwear etc
