Delivery & Returns
Items will normally be despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment, often quicker.
Postage for purchases under £200 will be £5 for UK delivery, £15 for Ireland/Europe delivery, purchases over £200 will be free to any of these destinations.
PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries outside of the UK may incur VAT and duty for which you will be liable. Please check with your local customs body.
Postage will normally be by a 2nd class "signed for" service and will therefore require a signature upon delivery. A 1st class "signed for" option is available at checkout.
Please note: for delivery to any other country, please contact us before placing your order.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority so we handle each query on an individual basis. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or refund. Note that you will need to use a signed for postal service for the return.
We must stress that in order to receive an exchange or refund, the item/s must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached, in the original packaging and with no trace of make up or scent.

a. Contact us on the number below or the email address below within 48 hours of receiving your order before sending items back.
b. Please provide your name, order number and details of the item/s you wish to return.
c. Items must be returned within the following 48 hours using a signed for service.
