A lovely floaty tiered dress with acres of fabric! The fabric is pretty floral design on a navy background printed on sheer georgette. There are so many little details that make this dress extra special: tiny gathers into the neckline with rouleaux fabric ties, full balloon sleeves, and a full length slip. The hemline falls just on the knee.
