Brilliant company, went above and beyond

This was a lovely coat but just didn’t sit right on me. I returned the item but the post office put the wrong address is meaning it didn’t reach them till nearly 3 weeks later. I advised Amanda what had happened and she offered me advice and when the parcel finally got to them she gave me a refund despite the fact it was late. We should have more companies like this and support those that go the extra mile. Excellent customer service and kindness. Many thanks. Justine
